About
York Cheng, Founder of Mindfulnests
For over 16 years, I was part of the academic team at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, guiding young minds and growing alongside them. But over time, I felt called to a different path - a pull toward something deeper. I began to see how stress, overwhelm, grief and constant busyness were taking a toll on people of all ages, from caregivers and professionals to the elderly and youth, just as they had on me.
That’s when I decided to make a change. Today, I would like to create space—for calm, clarity, and compassion—in the lives of those who need it most.
